Hailed by the Tacoma News Tribune for her “shining coloratura and brilliant high notes”, soprano Jennifer Bromagen has been a frequent performer with Pacific Northwest Opera including a triumphant La Traviata where her performance has over 320,000 views on YouTube. Previous roles for PNO include Desdemona in Otello,  Mimi in La Boheme, Antonia in The Tales of Hoffmann, Freia and the Forest Bird in the Ring of the Nibelung. She has performed leading roles on opera and concert stages throughout the Pacific Northwest including Seattle Opera where she sang the Queen of the Night) as well as Bellevue City Opera, Northwest Sinfonietta, Puget Sound Concert Opera and Tacoma Opera

Ms. Bromagen was an Artist in Residence with Cleveland Opera. She is noted for her performances of roles such as the Queen of the Night, Constanza in The Abduction from the Seraglio, Manon, Fiorilla in Il Turco in Italia, Amina in La Sonnambula, and Countess Adele in Le Comte Ory. She has been a featured soloist in concert halls throughout the U.S., performing classic solo concert works from Beethoven’s 9th Symphony, Handel’s Messiah, Mozart’s Coronation Mass, Mendelssohn’s Elijah, and Verdi’s Requiem, as well as such contemporary works as Jenkins’ Cantata Memoria and Arnesen’s Wound in the Water. Upcoming performances include the soloist in  Vaughan Williams’ Symphony No. 7, “Antarctic” with the Seattle Symphony and the soprano soloist in Mozart’s Mass in C minor with the Bellingham Festival of Music.
