Callum Alden is a Canadian-American tenor with roots in Bellingham and British Columbia. He’s excited to return to Pacific Northwest Opera after singing with the chorus several years ago.
His 25-26 season included singing as a tenor soloist in Mozart’s Coronation Mass with the Prince George Symphony Orchestra, and an appearance with the San Francisco Opera Chorus for their fall production of Parsifal.
In previous seasons, Callum performed with Seattle Opera’s touring education ensemble, sang Tamino with Crescendo Operatic Society and covered Beppe with Burnaby Lyric Opera. He has been a chorister for Vancouver Opera and Seattle Opera for multiple years, appearing in numerous productions for both companies.
He was a Young Artist at the Opera Company of Middlebury in 2023 and completed his vocal studies at McGill University in Montreal.
